A BUSY TIME FOR RESEARCH – ELD 103 classes did paired research on countries of origin using reference sources in the Gale database (Tchiprout); Geography classes prepared PowerPoints and budget plans for a road trip across America (Dunst); Economics students finished personal business plans (Phillips) or completed a business plan for a specialized Food truck (Dunst); sophomore English students prepared PowerPoint projects illustrating literary terms (Samples); IB Art students searched for representative art styles (Kim); and Span. AP students used Shmoop for test practice (Gonzalez) – a full week!  Margery Ricards, Librarian 

COLLEGE & COLLEGE CENTER – The January Scholarship List was distributed to students on Wednesday of this week.  It is also available on the RMHS website under the College and Career Center link.

Jason Johnson, from the U.S. Navy recruiting station hosted a table of information outside the College and Career Center on Wednesday, January 7 during the lunch period.  He spoke with students about opportunities available through Navy enlistment and about college NROTC programs……Sally Anderson, College and Career Center
