TODAY a representative from the U.S. NAVY will be outside the College and Career Center during the lunch period. He will be available to answer questions about military service and college scholarships available to members of the armed services.

There is a poster contest, video contest, a speech contest, and several essay contests, all with chances to win money! Get your list today.
SENIORS: The DECEMBER SCHOLARSHIP LIST is now available in the College and Career Center. There are at least 44 scholarships on this month’s list. The Winter Break is a good time to submit applications for these sources of free money for two-year and four-year colleges, and technical schools.
Young Ladies, between the ages of 13-15, are invited to pick up information about participating in the Miss & Teen Ventura county and Miss Santa Barbara Pageant. This is an opportunity to compete for scholarship dollars and gain modeling/acting experience. Pick up a flyer with information in the College and Career Center.
