Hello Spartans!
Welcome to your RMHS Olympus Wellness Center. We are your team, Mr.Castillo and Ms. Tomasetti, Student Wellness Specialists and Mrs. Rodriguez, Wellness Center Guidance Tech. The wellness center is here to help support your overall wellness. Our primary goal is to provide a safe space for you to express, and share your feelings or concerns and find resources for you and your loved ones.. We want to promote mental health awareness, as well as, supply resources and answers to your questions. Students, Parents and Teachers will have access to resources 24/7. We are here for you!
Students:
We are available to meet with you via phone call, email or text. If you are needing support or just want to talk to someone, please complete the Student Self Referral Form and we will reach out to you within 48 hrs. All your teachers should have a link to the wellness center website in their google classroom's calming corner as well. If you need immediate support click on the 24/7 help and support tab at the top of the page. There you will find multiple community agencies that provide 24 hour 7 days a week support for youth. You can access them via text, chat, or phone and all communication is anonymous and confidential.
Parents:
On the website you will find additional community resources and mental health resources that will be continuously updated throughout the 2021-2022 school year. Student support groups will be coming up during the year and will include one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as, group counseling sessions. We hope to be able to bring back parent support and mental health groups as well.
Student:
Student Self Referral Form: If you are a student in need of social/emotional support or crisis, please submit this form. We will reach out to you within 48 hrs. If you are in need of immediate help call 911!
Staff:
RMHS Staff Referral Form: Staff members referring a student who is in need of social/emotional support or crisis, please submit this form. We will reach out to the student within 48 hrs. Thank you for your support!
